Subject: [PATCH] Added new EVENT_USB_Device_StartOfFrame() event, controlled
 by the new USB_Device_EnableSOFEvents() and USB_Device_DisableSOFEvents()
 macros to give bus-synchronised millisecond interrupts when in USB device
 mode.
