Seperate out the device demos and project's configuration descriptor structure definitions to clearly indicate what descriptors belong to which interface.

All USB class drivers are now automatically included when LUFA/Drivers/USB.h is included, and no longer need to be seperately included.

The USB target family and allowable USB mode tokens are now public and documented (USB_CAN_BE_*, USB_SERIES_*_AVR).

The SCSI_Request_Sense_Response_t and SCSI_Inquiry_Response_t type defines are now part of the Mass Storage Class driver common defines, rather than being defined in the Host mode Class driver section only.

The USB_MODE_HOST token is now defined even when host mode is not available.

Set all CDC and MassStorage device mode demos (LowLevel and ClassDriver) to use the USE_INTERNAL_SERIAL feature, add compile time warnings for devices which do not have an internal serial.

Split out common defines/types from class drivers into a seperate common class driver directory.

Seperated out OTG, Device and Host mode demos into seperate folders for clarity. Adjusted makefiles so that the path to the LUFA library can be set in one place.
