Massive corrections to the project documentation and code comments, thanks to Russian translation services provided by Andrey from Microsin.ru.

Make sure the peripheral driver .c files include the driver dispatch header, rather than the architecture specific header files.

Rename architecture specific driver files, to make them appear with uniquely identifying filenames in the documentation.

Add new ARCH option to the makefiles to (eventually) specify the target device architecture. Update non-usb peripheral drivers to reflect future multiple architecture support.

Added new high level TWI packet read/write commands, altered behaviour of the TWI_StartTransmission() function.

Fix TWI driver not aborting when faced with no response after attempting to address a device on the bus.

Added a timeout value to the TWI_StartTransmission() function, within which the addressed device must respond.

Fixed TWI_StartTransmission() corrupting the contents of the GPIOR0 register.

Fix TemperatureDataLogger and Webserver project builds.

Changed XPLAINBridge project to be both a USB to USART bridge and a PDI programmer, based on the state of a mode select pin.

Fixed a bug in the incomplete Webserver project, where the packet data was not being written to and read from the correct buffer address.
