filter-design specs

Hi everyone, could someone please add any links and info below about the membranous filters we are trying to make?

I would like to know:

• assuming circular filters, what is the diameter?
• thickness?
• mean inter-fiber distance? less then 0.5 um?

For the material I'm thinking about:

• medical grade polycaprolactone, which is FDA approved and solution-electrospinnable with appropriate solvents that dry out over night or melt-electrospinnable without solvents that makes the machine more complicated. is that good?

• Could you please suggest other materials?
