Oops - Bootloader optimizations to GetDescriptor() don't work, as the Configuration Descriptor's header does not contain the full length of the descriptor, breaking full enumeration.

Add new ARCH option to the makefiles to (eventually) specify the target device architecture. Update non-usb peripheral drivers to reflect future multiple architecture support.
